A Few Things to Think About.... I just want to share a few things with you today for you to think about during your lunch break or even this evening before you go to bed. I'd love if you comment on this post  later today or tomorrow to share your thoughts.

Life is short The average person lives to be about 80 years old. That's about 30,000 days. We get one go-round in life. That's it. We need to make it count. Find something you love and do it. If you love someone tell them. If you want to do something, do it. Failing is fine. It's better to try something and fail, than never attempt it and always wonder what might have been. One of the things I love about this industry is that it can FUND the lifestyle of your dreams so you can do what you want to do, when you want to do it, and with who you want to do it with. It's not for everyone, but having sufficient residual income allows most people to live life on their dreams.

You have what it takes, if... You have greatness with you. We all have so much untapped potential, and use very little of it. Many of us sell ourselves short and underestimate ourselves. We're our own worst enemy. I don't know  why, but it's something most people struggle with. You need to work on yourself. Work on your personal development daily and keep growing. You can change your life in a few short years, if you come up with a personal development plan, and follow it. The books we read and people we spend our time with will have a huge impact on our lives.

Failing in your business does not make you a failure... Every entrepreneur that I've met, including myself, has failed in SEVERAL businesses before becoming a success story. It's perfectly normal to struggle and fail. That's how you learn. Let each experience you go through be a learning experience. Instead of focusing on what went wrong, think about what you learned from the experience and what you would do differently the next time around. Just don't make the same mistake twice. Embrace failure, rather than try to avoid it. Fail fast and fail forward.

It takes commitment... Building a successful business of any kind will probably take you twice as long as you think and cost you twice as much as you think. The biggest issue (and I've been guilty of this myself) is that people try something for one to three months and then move on, because they aren't making money. They keep repeating this vicious cycle over and over and over and it never stops. To succeed in anything, you have to stick with it. The goal the first year in any business is simply to survive. It normally takes a year or two to make a profit in any business, and five to ten years to build a big business of any type. Find something you love, get started, keep learning and press on. Building a business is like dating. When you first start dating someone, LUST kicks in, not love. It's exciting. You think about the other person 24/7. LUST comes naturally. However, lust never lasts (just like your excitement for a business). Love, on the other hand, takes commitment, hard work, and is a CHOICE. You have to work at it. Realize this in your business. The initial excitement won't last forever. At some point it will fade. It's what you do when that happens that will dictate whether or not you succeed in the business. I hope you got some values from this. leave a comment  let me know what you think.
