This training was given by one of my leaders in my network marketing company, it was so inspiring so I deemed it necessary to share it with my readers who visit this blog. I know it will be helpful.

Leaders of great capacity I can't mention you all but note that I celebrate you all.
I do not introduce or speak to you all tonight as one that has attained but as one who is no longer where we started from.
Therefore, if you are not where you want to be yet, remember that I am not there either. So we all are still in the journey together.
If then, we all are in a journey then, our destination must be ascertained.
Don't forget that life is a journey and we have to run it to attain a prize or reward.
I also need us to understand that you don't win a race by standing or walking. You have to work it out by running to have a portion of it.
Having a portion of it, to getting the reward and that is what we are actually after this year.
I want to congratulate and celebrate with all those that got awarded one way or the other last year 2019 but remember that is not final.
Those that have not gotten, believe you me when you stay in line, it will be your turn.
Abuse is inevitable when purpose is not Known. First of all, we need to know the reason for this meeting and where we are going for the year 2020.
So I call it our Visions/ Goals for the year
When there are no goals you live like a goat.
HELEN KELLER was also a woman who was born blind in an interview session, she was asked what was worse than being born blind, she simply responded "having sight without vision".
So therefore, our vision for year 2020 is imperative for us to succeed.
In as much as everyone can not get awarded at once, I feel part of our goals and objectives for the year should be;
1) Capacity Building: when we all have the capacity to do what your leader can do then the work becomes much easier to accomplish.
2) Matrix Growth: In network marketing matrix growth is what brings about the greatest success in the business not even what you earn.
3) Building Awardees: It is established that when we have matrix growth this will qualify our team members for various category of awards.
My Prayer is that at the end of this year if not us all, majority will smile home. And we have started working at this already.
Things to consider if you want to make this year yours.
1) Consistency : This is the winning tickets to win. By consistency you follow a course to see the end.
To buttress this, even God is the author and finisher, He finishes all he starts.
Leaders, you don't have to give up because it's not working but you have to continue because it has an end.
When you believe this, then we can work together because I'm not giving up at any point.
You are ready to rock I'm ready to roll.
Remember everybody goes home with whatever he earns, so nobody is been forced here we are only ready to work/ run with those who are ready to work/ run with us.
2) Investment : This may be hard but I want us to know that it's sure key. Many may want to resist this because it has to do with reinvesting money back into your business. To be truthful with you, every business requires reinvestment. You have to reinvest your profit back into your business if you want to succeed in the business world.
Yes, one of my mentors once said "only a fool throws away his winning card."
The question you will ask me is why do I have to reinvest my earnings or even bring money from other sources to grow my network marketing business when my sole aim of joining this business is to make money? My answer is; I have learnt and made a lot of researches, I came up with this conclusion that virtually all successful people in network marketing have invested and reinvested back what was earned to the system.
I thought this way too and this kept me backward in my past network businesses but here I decided to change the approach and sincerely fellow leaders this has tremendously helped my business.
Some of our leaders will agree with me that this has helped us tremendously in achieving a fast-growing matrix and has qualified many to qualify for awards in different capacities.
I usually make this illustration that for you to get to your destination you have to engage all the Gears in your car.
So, One strategy Is Not Enough to win in this race, we all need to understand what works. Building of teams, prospecting hard, registering of new members is a vital part of this business that cannot be shunned, but note that every man that got to the top in network marketing also reinvested back into his or her business to grow their matrix.
When you decide to keep all the money you make in this business, all you will keep for yourself is the small small money in the system but when you decide to push your Matrix, this gives you a faster growth to earn in the stages where bigger earnings are, it also helps you to qualify for big incentives such as the cars and houses.
When you qualify for the car, believe you me you will make all the money back. I'm a living testimony and others here can also attest to it.
It really got hard on me to come up here and share this top secrets with you all but a leader that cannot show his followers the way will soon be taking a lonely stroll.
