Inspiring your team members is very essential if you want your network marketing team to grow faster.
If you don't know how to strategically inspire your team members, you are on a loosing track .
Although, we all know that it's not your place to make anyone be committed to doing anything to build his or her team, commitment is a personal decision . Your duty as a great leader is to inspire your team into action.
On a side note, inspiration isn't the same thing as motivation. Most people confuse the two. And in my opinion, i feel that it's better to inspire than motivate. The reason is because motivation is telling your team what to do and inspiration is showing them what to do.
There's a greater energy attached to inspiring your team than just motivating them.
Inspiration drives deeper into the soul while motivation is only on the surface.
Inspiration is the right approach to teaching your members what they ought to be doing and they usually pick up the teaching emotionally which usually compels them to act without you saying a word.
In today's training I'll be talking to you on how you can inspire your team members into action.

1) SHARE YOUR VISION;
One of the ways you can inspire your members is sharing your vision with them.
90% of the world's population don't have a vision, they Don't dream, they can't specifically tell you how their lives will be 10 years from now. They have stopped dreaming because of different happenings in life which may include hunger, lack of money, low self esteem, e.t.c .
Due to all these, they have given up on their dreams, visions and goals .
They decide to take what ever life hands them and literally leave their life to chance.
These people can't be motivated to do anything in life because to them, they Don't have any reason for living.

Everything you know now , you got it somewhere by reading, hearing or seeing. This means that we are always using other people's ideas the question is who's???
Share your vision with your team members so that they can buy into your vision and use them as a building block for theirs.
This will give them something to go for and it will inspire them into action.
2) START LIVING YOUR VISION: while I advise you to share your vision with your team in order to inspire them into action, I also encourage you to start living part of that vision.
What exactly do you want to be, do or have in life?
What kind of lifestyle do you intend to live?
Start living that life.
You may think that your dream life is very difficult to live until you start living it.
The way I see it is that most of the barriers in life are self imposed. You can start living your dream life from today after reading this article. Yes, all you need is the decision.
