Welcome friend...

In today's training I want to quickly explain to you another powerful way to keep your downlines engage in their business.

It is always said that your downlines will only do what you do.....

Yes this is true.

Most people only motivate their downlines without inspiring them.

It's advisable to inspire your team members because that is the greatest motivation.

You May think that you prospecting, inviting, presenting, following up, closing, and training is only for you to grow your business, yes this is true but there's more to it than that.

Most times, you may be engaged in these activities without seeing any personal results but uv got to know that those activities are not totally lost.

By strengthening your skills and experiences in your business, your team members are observing your engagements.

This post is to enable you to understand how you can make most of your team members to be active.

Your activities and passion about the business is what your team members require to build their believe and momentum in this industry.

This means that your daily activities is not only necessary for your personal productivity in your business but it's also necessary to transfer confident to your team members.

Irrespective of the stage you are in your network marketing business, if you stop doing the things that got you there, it will affect your team members negatively.

Your activities isn't only good for you it's also good for your team members because it transfers the energy that words can't transfer into your member's mind.

If you want your team to grow faster, let your members see your activities, let them know that you are actively involve in your business, Let your activities infect them.

Once you do this, you won't need to say much, they will unconciously pick up your enthusiasm and dedication about the business and do same.

Expecting your team to grow when you are not actively involve in your business is naive.

Let your activities inspire your team members not just your words.

I also want to pre inform you that for the fact that you are active in your business isn't a guarantee that all your members will pick up your energy level and perform the same way, It doesn't work that way. Infact 90% of your downlines won't possess half of your passion for the business and uv got to be cool about this because it's real in this industry.

The ones that won't be infected with your enthusiasm towards the business aren't ready for change yet. Work with them at their level, don't try to get them to over produce beyond the standard They've set for themselves but always show them what they are capable of benefiting from our industry.

What you want to do is to infect them with your enthusiasm by inspiring them with the things you do in your business.

The good news is that, some of your team members will certainly pick up your energy level and these are the ones that will build it big in your team. They will go out to exceed your expectations.

All you should do in your business is to do your part and let go the things you can't control. Focus on your activities, mostly the income producing activities and watch your team grows.

You are no one's boss in this business, everyone is independent.
