Despite that I have been specifically focused on building my network marketing business online for the past years, I have discovered few things between offline and online regarding to building a solid network marketing team.
Building a team of people who are committed, devoted and determined to put in the work and do everything possible to build their network marketing business requires alot of time, energy, motivation, trainings and above all relationship.
I have been involved in the network marketing industry for 6 years now. I have a team of passionate networkers in different countries, I've qualified for different things from the network marketing profession and above all I've become a better person in the process.
Irrespective of all these achievements, most of my downlines still quit the business irrespective of being with me for a very long time.
I have been analysing what could be the reason that some will build their business to a point that you wouldn't thought of the person leaving your team but yet he leaves.
After considering this for a long period of time, I realised that it's very easy for your long distance downlines to quit your team than your offline downlines.
Nothing out beats physical contact. The best way to build a stable network marketing team faster is offline.
Your offline team members will stick around longer than an online team member. I'm not saying that online team members don't stay, no they do but all I'm saying is that it takes a person of great determination to keep on building their business with or without a sponsor being with them.
I know what you are thinking now...

Yes I said it because I know it. I know it because I'm an online network marketer. In all the companies I've partnered with, my uplines are always in different places than where I am. I always sign up online.
It's not everyone that will have the same drive like me, all I'm saying is that it takes a self motivated person to build his or her business far from his or her sponsor.
Here is why it's easy to build a stable team offline than online.
People can easily give up on business but not on people.
Let me repeat..
People can easily give up on business but not on friends.
I want you to chew on that because once you understand it you will know why it's very easy to build a stable team offline than online.
The more you see and discuss with someone, the more you become close to the person and the more you will be able to influence the person or be influenced by the person.
Considering this, you are likely to become close friends than just business partners and due to this , even if you had intended quitting the business, you won't want to because of the friendship, time uve shared, things you have in common e.t.c.
To have a stable long lasting team, close relationship must be the underneath force while building the business. You can achieve this both offline and online but offline is faster.

Building a stable network marketing team online can equally be done faster if you can be fast in building a strong relationship with your team members. Here is how to do it;
1) Be open to your team members, offer sincere suggestions to them when necessary and let them know that you are offering the suggestion as a friend and based on the relationship that you two share.
2) Get to know some of his or her family members and send greetings to his or her favourite child or family member.
3) Let your team members know some things about you both likes and dislikes and seek for their help when necessary. This creates trust and makes relationship stronger.
4) use video calls if you can while communicating with your online team members. This doesn't only make you interract with the person properly but it equally builds the long lasting bond that can only be obtained if you were with the person physically. Voice note works well too.
There are many things you can do to create a solid relationship with your long distance team members (online team members) but these are the only ones that came to mind within 10 minutes.
Just examine yourself, know how you would have related with someone if they were physically present and come up with ways to do it on the phone.
We reveal these attitudes to our offline members that is why our relationships grow stronger making our team stable. Most of these attitudes are expressed in nonverbal cues.
Note: I equally want you to understand that irrespective of the extent of relationship you build with some of your team members either offline or online, there are some of them that won't still stay with you. But this will work for the right ones.
