I believe You are doing extremely well. In this training, I want to share with you some words I got from Jim Rohn during my early days in the network marketing profession.
Incase you don't know who Jim Rohn is, He is one of the most influential icons in the field of personal development and network marketing. His philosophy has guided alot of people both in our industry and in life.
He was among the first teachers that kept me going during my first year in network marketing industry.
His philosophies were both motivating and inspiring. I learned a lot from him during those days and up till now i still listen to him.
If you know my story very well, in my first network marketing business, I stayed for 8 months without recruiting anyone into my team the only thing that kept me going was the words of great teachers in our industry most especially Jim Rohn. Although, I have not met him in person but I have tremendous respect for him.
Jim Rohn has alot of inspiring philosophies but in today's training I'll only share two. Enjoy.
#1 JIM ROHN'S PHILOSOPHY;
DON'T WISH IT WAS EASY, WISH YOU WERE BETTER.
The first day I heard this statement from Jim Rohn, it was more than a word. It was a total mind shift.
All along, I always wished that things were easier for me to accomplish.
I always wished for my exams to be easy, I always wished for life to be easy but then I got the answer when Jim said that I should wish I was better.
He made me understood that things weren't easy because I wasn't better.
This philosophy expanded my mind to know that I was only wishing for the impossible.
#2 JIM ROHN'S PHILOSOPHY;
FOR THINGS TO CHANGE FOR YOU, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE.
This philosophy is one of the greatest lessons I have learned since I joined the network marketing industry and i got it from Jim Rohn.
This philosophy simply means that for things to get better for you, you have to get better.
In order words, if you don't change, nothing changes. This means that we are responsible for the things we experience in life.
"Often times people hear me saying God is good all the time and all the time the lord is good".
What this means to me is that there are universal spiritual principles, laws that govern the universe they describe the nature and the presence of God and they are for us and not against us . They can't compromise nor contradict their nature.
When one understands this, one also understands what the law of attraction is, it simply means that the universe builds itself around your predominant thoughts pattern, your thoughts being a unit of mental energy have the tendency to transmute themselves into perceptions, speech, behaviour, events, circumstances and your experiences.
You will literally attract to yourself what you are holding in mind whether you believe it or not.
I want you to know that you can grow in making a real choice for your destiny.
Many people do not choose, they are only reacting to circumstances because choice is a function of awareness.
You can change your house, cloths, shoes, car, country, spouse and even complexion, but if you don't change your mind nothing changes that is why Jim Rohn said that for things to change for you, you've got to change.
Your Philosophy controls your life. It controls all your actions because all your decisions are screened by your way of reasoning.
Your results are greatly affected by your philosophies . You can readily discover how great your philosophies are regarding a particular area by observing your results in that area.
You can alter your result in a particular area by altering your philosophies in that area.
To grow faster in your network marketing business you must work on your network marketing philosophies.

HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS: #1. Change your Self-Talk
The conversations you have with yourself are a direct reflection of your mindset. If you are telling yourself “I am not good enough to achieve my dreams”, your thoughts will create your reality and your mindset will hold you back from having the life you want. To upgrade your mindset, change your negative self-talk to an empowerment speech. Sounds cliché, but telling yourself “I can do this” or “I got this”, really works.
HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS: #2. Change your Language
After changing your inner thought dialogue and the story you are telling yourself, change the way you talk to other people. Avoid phrases like “I am always like this” or “I am always doing this” for encouraging a growth mindset. Furthermore, make it a habit to talk about the things that are going well in your life instead of complaining and talking about your problems. This will encourage a mindset of abundance instead of fear and lack.
HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS: #3. Determine the philosophy you need and act as if
Pick a goal you want to achieve in your network marketing business and ask yourself: “Which mindset do I need to achieve this goal?” and “Which mindset do people have that were successful at this goal?”.
For example, healthy & fit people might share the mindset “I love taking care of my body, nourishing it with whole foods and exercising every day.”. If it’s your goal to be healthy & fit, act as if you already. If it's your goal to become a network marketing professional act as if you already HAVE the ideas and skills of a professional networker. This way, you are basically tricking your brain to adopt a new mindset and reinforcing it with action.
HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS: .#4 Learn & Apply
Read books from great minds to understand and adopt their thinking. Read books about how the mind and brain works. Learn from mindset experts through online courses, events, and coaching study professional networkers and the top leaders from your network marketing company.
HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS:
#5. Surround yourself with professional networkers, successful business people that match your desired philosophy
Want to upgrade your money & success mindset? Start hanging out with people that are very successful and seem to have an abundance of money flowing their way at any time. It is easier to adopt a new philosophy when you see that it is already working for other people. Learn how they think and adapt their daily habits to match their mindset.
HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS: #6. Create new habits to support your philosophy change
Integrate powerful habits into your day that help your new philosophy and reinforce your thinking with action. If you are upgrading from “fixed” to “growth” philosophy, schedule time for learning and start noting down your learnings and achievements every day. If you are upgrading from “destination” to “journey” philosophy, practice being mindful, enjoying the present moment and celebrating small successes.
HOW TO ALTER YOUR PHILOSOPHY/ PERCEPTIONS IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS: #7. Jump out of your comfort zone
If you put yourself in situations that challenge you, you have no other choice than to rise to the occasion and upgrade your way of thinking. It becomes a necessity to survive.
So ask yourself “What situations can I put myself in that will require me to operate on a higher philosophy?”. Basically, the idea is to engineer your environment to train your brain!
