HOW TO GET YOUR NEW TEAM MEMBERS STARTED RIGHT IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING TEAM.

HOW TO GET YOUR NEW TEAM MEMBERS STARTED RIGHT IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING TEAM.

If you have been in this industry for some time now, you may have come across this statement that every new networker started out as a lousy one. This implies that everyone who joins the industry newly, joined as an amateur.

No matter how educated, intelligent and succesful you are, the reality is you are only succesful at what you have failed before.

Everyone who joins the network marketing industry newly is always a novice. You are bound to do some dumb things at first.

These dumb things may not necessarily be  bad things.

It simply means that you will act in an uprofessional way which is fine.

When you are new to any career or profession, you are likely to be lousy at first. You won't know how to accomplish your tasks.

Network marketing profession is no different. When you are new, you will certainly be lousy at first. Infact, if we should all describe our early networking days, we will all laugh ourselves out .

Yes this is true, my own case isn't different either. I could still recall different unprofessional tactics entering my mind inorder to get prospects to join my business e.g. giving out flyers in the market, pasting notice on road sides and junctions for people to call me., Photocopying my phone number to share randomly hoping for a prospect to call to find out what I was into.

All these tactics were unprofessional but to me back then, they were great ideas. I considered them to be great back then because of the novice mindset I had about network marketing.

If you have been in this industry for some time now I believe you've had your own share of unprofessionalism. If you are just starting, you are probably still in the process.

Many times as network marketing professionals we tend to take chances with our new members.

We forget that when we were new although we considered our networking ideas then to be the best but it wasn't.

We always assume that it's not good to suggest another Idea to our new team members most especially if they are using a weak  approach to recruit few persons .

Trust me it's very tempting to allow your newly Registered member to continue using his or her weak approach most especially if they are recruiting few prospects with that approach.

Here's my suggestion; your duty isn't to impose any approach on any new member, your duty is to let them know the right way of doing the business.

Don't leave it to chance. Let them know the right way of doing the business then if they choose to follow fine but if they choose not to learn, you allow them.

you  shouldn't allow  your newly Registered member drown in a wrong way of building their business because you didn't offer suggestions.

Let me tell you a little story to illustrate my point.

I was in one of my local seminar centers some time ago. There was a newly Registered member who was recruiting prospects massively and everyone in the center were celebrating him including his sponsor and uplines.

He was considered as a fast and powerful recruiter Which made him to be considered as a model for other members to learn from.

One day, out of curiosity, he was given an opportunity to train members on his strategy.

It was a great section alot of members were excited about his technique but many who understood the industry very well weren't.

He used a weak approach to recruit prospects Which wasn't good.

His idea was to attract prospects to the seminar center with a publication of employment opportunity.

His approach was ethically wrong because our business wasn't a Job. Though many people value employment than a business but it wasn't enough to capitalize on that thereby risking his integrity, the business and the company.

After his training, I realized that truly he didn't know what he was doing because of his excitement during the training.

I pictured the long term effect that that approach will have on him and other members who choose to go by that technique and decided to correct it immediately.

It was a disappointment to his sponsor but I knew it was good for them to know since they considered me as one of their leaders.

Many networkers will join our industry with great energy and enthusiasm that you may want to allow them to continue their business with any approach they want to use as far as they are recruiting. I will encourage you not give into that.

Calm your newly Registered member down and let them know the right way of going about the business.

Don't assume they know what they are doing because your assumptions may be wrong. Let it be that you've suggested the ethical ways to them and they ignore than not letting them know at all.

Your duty as a network marketing professional is to promote the ethical ways of building Network marketing business. This will not only help you create a solid team of professional networkers but it will equally help make our industry great.

According to Eric worre " my wish for you is that you become a network marketing professional that you decide to go pro because it's a stone cool fact that we've got a better way now lets go tell the world".
