Agriculture was thus recklessly abandoned. UG has a mandate to revive and revolutionalize Agriculture. It was in the days of Agriculture in this country that Gowon, our Military President then declared to the whole World that we have enough and don’t know what to do with it, It was then that Udoji Award was given to Workers, It was then that Obasanjo, then Military President asked the world to come to Nigeria for Festac Festival, just because there was enough.
