In that book, there is a particular chapter on vision.
It talks about some people that don't have any vision at all. These are known as wonderers.
Other people have vision, but ain't willing to pursue it. These are called followers.
This means they wait for people to lead them to their vision.
Also there are some sets of people that have the vision and are ready to pursue it. These ones are the achievers.
So if you have been able to achieve some level of success in your network marketing business , you are an achiever.
But to have more, you have to move from being an achiever to a leader.
In this article, you will understand how to move from an achiever to a leader so that you have more in your network marketing business.
The first thing you have to understand about moving from being an achiever to a leader is for you to note that you have to develop your wonderers and followers to become achievers.
By doing this, you will seemingly move from being an achiever to a leader.
You move these people to achievers by casting the vision on them.
You have to let your team members know what compelled you to achieve the level of success that you have attended
Doing this will motivate them to understand and pursue the vision.
It May be that you had the vision of being financially free, having free time for yourself, owning your own business, Car or a home of your own.
It may even be travelling or living healthily
This will enable them to have something to pursue. By explaining this vision to them, it will also help them to know that it's possible.
After telling them what your vision was, you also need to start living part of that vision for them to see.
Supposing , your vision was to have free time with your family members, you need to start spending more time with your family members by taking them out for lunch and beach ..
You have to start doing what you have been longing to do so that your people can start believing that it is possible for them too.
If it isn't possible for you to start living some parts of that vision, you can show them how other people in your company are living it.
The essence of casting your vision on your people is to enhance their believe in the vision so that they can pursue it.
Network marketing business is all about helping your business partners to achieve greater heights. By so doing, you also move Higher.
Also you have to understand that for the fact that you have attended some level of success in your business won't make your team members to listen to you.... some will listen but not all.
To enhance their level of commitments you have to cast the vision on them. This will stimulate the internal motivation that will Last for a very long time.
