Two days ago, a networker asked me of the best way to understanding network marketing profession faster and I suggested that he should start teaching people about network marketing.
He was confused about my suggestion because he didn't know how to start.
He was new to the industry and he had no team members to teach.
He replied, "but MAC-FRANCIS I don't have any one to teach, I haven't recruited anyone under me yet and I don't have any platform to start teaching".
I understood his plight and walked him through the entire process of how he will be able to do it.
After advising Him, I thought to myself that my discussion with him will make a good training topic for my entire audience and that is what I want to share with you in today's training.
To succeed in this industry, you also need influence.
According to English dictionary version 1.2.2, it defines influence to be the power to affect, control, or manipulate something or someone; the ability to change the development of fluctuating things such as conduct, thoughts, or decisions.
Here is the efficacy of influence... I have some people in my life that if they request that I should Go, I won't ask to where because of the influence the have in my life.
You need influence in your network marketing business if you want to build a long lasting business.
The question is how to have influence.

Just as the person was confused when I suggested that he should start teaching if he wanted to learn faster or to understand our profession faster, you may also be confused about this suggestion because probably you don't have people to teach but keep calm and follow.
When you are new to network marketing business, there's a possibility that you are likely not to have enough team members to start training, that is why your vision should not be limited to only your team.
Break the rule and understand you are on earth to teach and influence the world.
Your creator placed you where you are to be an agent of change.
You don't need to have your personal recruited members before you start teaching.
Note that when you teach you are not just helping your students, you are mostly helping yourself to believe more in what you are teaching.
The more you teach a particular thing, the more you believe in your teachings and once you believe, you will automatically start acting on what you say and when you act on what you are teaching, you will see results.
Most people always wait to obtain results in their network marketing business before they step up to teach, they always wait to have alot of team members before they step up to teach but you won't learn faster if that is your concept.
You don't even need to start doing what you teach before you teach.
I'll repeat that again because I know you may have missed it.
I said that, You don't even need to start doing what you teach before you start teaching.
I know this may sound contrary to most teachings but it's true.
Your lecturer in university/school taught you mostly what he/she read and knew not necessarily what he practiced.
You must not be doing a particular thing before you start teaching. Just teach once you get the idea.
If you want to start acting on a new Idea you've learnt, start teaching immediately because as many times you teach the idea, that is the number of times you will hear that idea, and the more you hear it, it will literally be impressed on your subconscious mind which is your believe system and you will unknowingly start to believe in it which will literally make you to act to produce the result equivalent.
This is what the experts do.
When you see most trainers training you, it may not necessarily mean that they are implementing what they are teaching you.
They understand this concept of learning faster by teaching.
Start teaching today to learn faster.
once you join a network marketing business, I want you to see yourself as a network marketing ambassador.
You are not limited to only your team.
You are not limited to only your upline's team.
You are not limited to only your company.
You are not limited to only your state, country or continent.
You are to train the entire industry. Start training everyone in the industry today so that you learn faster.

When that person told me that he is new to his company that he doesn't have anyone to train, I made him understood that He can start training his uplines team. If his upline doesn't have a team, he can start training his cross line team, if this isn't possible too, he can start training other networkers in his company, if this isn't possible , he can train networkers in the industry.
I was only making him see the big picture.
After my discussion with him, he understood that he could learn faster by training networkers.
He also understood that by training other networkers he will increase his influence in both his company and the network marketing industry.
Like I said earlier, teaching other networkers, may not necessarily be to their benefits but its to your advantage because by teaching, you believe the more.
You can only succeed at anything when you believe in that thing.
One of the ways of building believe is by affirmations. Teaching is affirmations in the open.
Step up today and start teaching the little you've known and you will be shocked how growth will start multiplying in your network marketing business.
