Prepare yourself for the next generation of network marketers.
You can't recruit people who are more experienced in network marketing than you are.
During my early days in network marketing I was eager to recruit people into my team little did I know that in network marketing you can only recruit people who are less experienced in the industry than you.
As a new networker without any experience in network marketing, the people who will follow you might be those who are yet to be introduced to the industry.
Depending on how fast you are in gathering experiences, it may take you months or years to start building a team.
My advice is for you to position yourself for the future generation of networkers.
It might be difficult to recruit existing professionals but if you position yourself very well, the upcoming networkers will follow you.
Needless to trouble yourself on how to recruit that professional networker instead position yourself for the upcoming networkers.
As far as this industry is concern you will succeed if you stick and stay.
