network marketing business is no different. You must follow some basic rules else you will end up arriving nowhere faster.
Your ability to quickly discover the right steps to take, will enhance your productivity and produce the results you seek.
A point to note is that while there isn't any one plug and play strategy to selling/ recruiting effectively online in your network marketing business or any online business you are, there are some basic rules to follow. These rules must be observed if you sincerely want to function effectively in our profession.

#1) TARGET YOUR AUDIENCE:
I want to assume that you have already gotten what to sell be it a product, services, or ideas.
After you have gotten what to offer, your next focus should be to understand the group of people who will be interested in your offer.
You have to define them to the least details example; you have to consider their gender, age, likes, behaviours, and places they hang out. You have to consider all these things because the more specific you are, the better.
If you don't know your target audience, you won't be able to condition your message to suit them and they won't buy or join your business.
People only buy from you when what you are selling appeals to them directly. If you are selling to everyone it means that you are selling to no one because your message won't speak to anyone.

#2) DISCOVER THEIR PROBLEMS:
often times we usually think that we know what our audience want untill we put our products out there just to discover they never wanted that.
Your ability to discover their problems will put you in a complete position to solve those problem.
On a side note, I want you to know that your audience is always right. If you put out something for them thinking that it's good for them, their response towards that thing will make you understand if you should continue to offer them that or not.

Infact, your audience opinions should be what you should work with not necessarily your own. Once you have discovered their problems, you will be able to provide effective solutions.
There are few ways you can discover their problems
A) Ask questions: Great networkers ask alot of questions inorder to sell more. When you ask questions, you will get to know alot of problem that your audience has. Ask questions and listen.
B) Check questions: observe the type of questions that those in your target audience are asking in your groups and other forums, this will make you understand most of their problems too.
C) SURVEY: This is just like asking a question but this type you are asking to get a general view of your audiences. This involves using any survey material to collect information from alot of your audience. This will make you understand alot about what your audience want.

#3) PROVIDE SOLUTION: After identification of your audience problems, you want to provide solutions. What is the simplest, unique and cost effective way to solve their problems? You should be able to come up with an uncompetitive solution as soon as possible.
Remember your audience are not obligated to stick to you, if you have discovered their problems, the next thing is to serve them as soon as possible else they may check out for other places that can satisfy their needs.

#4) PRESENT TO THEM: Selling isn't an automatic act . Your audience may need your product but if you don't put it in front of them, they are likely to forget about you.
The market place is highly competitive, no matter what products/ services you are offering, it's obvious that other people are also offering that. Other marketers are always competing for your prospects and if you don't present your products or services before your audience, another person who is fast enough to present it to them may make the sales.
