Network marketing business is really about numbers. You need to move through a large amount of prospects to discover a few that will catch your business vision with.
The question is how and where can you find your target audience? Where will you see them in Mass? The sincere answer is to go to the most populated social media platform. It's obvious that we are in the digital age. Alot of things happen in online these days because that is the century that we are in.
To function effectively in this generation, you must be able to align yourself with the mode of operation of this age else you will be moving against the current of the world.
Before the advent of the internet, network marketing business was done traditionally where you conduct meetings either one on one or in groups. It was more of physical seminars , event and lots more. But since the introduction of the internet, people's attention have been shifting towards the online world it has been increasing since then.
Your duty is to position yourself and flow with the current of the tides. Don't try to beat it , don't be stubborn to adjust instead, flow with it and you will be fine.
People's attention are now online and you equally want to be online so that you take advantage of this massive shift

Network marketing business requires a lot of people, since alot of people's attention are now online, you want to start using online channels to do your prospecting, invitation, presentation and closing.
You want to understand that currently alot of your prospects are in the online space.
Now the question is, how can you start prospecting online? There are many channels online by which you can meet with your target audience but My advice is for you to go to the most populated place online and where is this place . It's Facebook
Facebook is the most populated social media network currently with 2.7billion monthly active users. And 27.4 million active users in Nigeria.
Like anything else, when you visit a new place, you won't know the street, cities and villages around there , you won't know the type of business to do and those to meet for your type of business. you've got to stay for a while and visit those locations, get to know people inorder to know much about the place and to know who to do business with. But what if you had someone who was there to show you all those locations and people to do business with ?? I believe that will give you a quick start with your visit to that area.
So too, in Facebook you have to understand alot of things regarding prospecting for your network marketing business so that you can build your network marketing business the right way.
In the remaining part of this training, I'll be exposing you to the secrets to recruiting using Facebook platform.
Recruiting on Facebook can be classified into two ways.
#1) paid Advertisment
#2) Non- paid advertisment.
Every top networker using Facebook to recruit prospects is doing it with any of these two strategies.
These two strategies, have their advantages and disadvantages. I'll explain both .
The first one being paid advert is a situation where you will have to pay Facebook to show your business to alot of people which may result to those people joining you.
The paid advertisement method has some advantages and disadvantages.
ADVANTAGES OF PAID ADVERTISMENT METHOD
#1) it's faster: Advertising on Facebook is one of the fastest ways to reach your prospects.
#2) larger number of prospects : with Facebook paid advert, you can reach alot of people within a limited period of time.
DISADVANTAGES OF USING FACEBOOK PAID ADVERTISMENT
#1) it requires money: Facebook makes it's money through paid advert. so, you will have to pay them to show your message to more prospects and if you don't really understand how to do Facebook advertisment, you are likely to waste money.
#2) It requires targeting: you must understand the art of targeting your audience so that your advert doesn't show to those who ain't interested in what you are offering.
#3) Delayance in joining you: due to the fact that prospects will just be seeing you for the first time, they will still have that fear of trust and it may take time to join your team.
#4) if you don't have the insight on how to build network marketing business using Facebook, you are likely to crash along the way. Irrespective of the fact that you can easily get in front of many prospects through paid advert, one thing is certain. You still have to understand the basic rules for building network marketing business on Facebook and you can understand this by using the non paid advertisement method.
Just as it's not possible for anyone to be financially stable by gambling, so too it's not possible to build a steady network marketing business using just Facebook by paid advertisement. There are alot of other things involved.

This is another way you can use to recruit people on Facebook. As the name implies, you don't have to pay Facebook money before you see someone to recruit into your network marketing business. There are advantages and disadvantages to this method
ADVANTAGES TO NON PAID ADVERTISEMENT METHOD
#1) you don't have to waste money on advertisement when using this method . It's a free way to recruit using Facebook.
#2) lasting relationship: with the idea I have presented in my e-book (harvest quality prospects from Facebook into your network marketing business) you will really understand how to build close relationship on Facebook which will result to prospects joining you.
#3) No delayance in recruiting: unlike the advertisement method. A prospect may chat you up after they've seen your Paid advertisement, they won't still be quick to join you because the trust isn't there since they are just seeing you. But in the non paid advertisement method, it's believe that before a prospect chats you up, he or she has been seeing you before then. It therefore means that he or she has made up his or her mind to join you before reaching out to you. So you won't expirence delay once they reach out to you.
#4) sense of stability: once you understand how to build your network marketing business on Facebook without paid advertisement, you will be safe with yourself. You ain't depending on advert, you are basically depending on your skills.
#5) your prospects keeps coming continuously it doesn't stop. Unlike in paid advertisment method that stops sending you prospects once your advert stops.
DISADVANTAGES OF NON PAID ADVERTISEMENT
#1) it usually takes time and you maybe discouraged most especially if you don't have someone to guide you.
