ANOTHER WAY TO ATTRACT QUALITY PROSPECTS INTO YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS.
To build a solid network marketing business, you don't only have to recruit prospects, but you have to recruit quality prospects.
Everything about life is quality. If you compromise quality, you will surely live to pay the price.
You can only build a money making organization when you have quality leaders in your organization.
Recruiting quality team members is not always easy, that is why not everyone can do it.
I believe by now you know that not everyone you consider as a prospect is really a quality prospects. Most people are only interested in the business but are not ready to put in the work.
Alot of networkers run home once they discover that there's work to be done in network marketing business. These are not the type of persons you are looking for. You are looking for people who are not only interested but those who will equally be committed to doing everything to succeed at the profession.
According to Les Brown ; "you are looking for those who are hungry and who would say it's not over until I win"
These are the type of people you are looking for. But the question is how do you get these people?.
During my initial days in this profession, I thought that these people were in a particular area, location, state, and country except where I was. I thought that quality prospects were not in my state.
I always say things like; I am always meeting wrong People that won't join me.
I thought that quality prospects were in other states and locations. This Idea made me to travel to other places to easily recruit people but I was equally disappointed when I arrived at those places because it was still the same thing.
I want you to understand this; you can change your house, car, wife, clothes, shoes, State, and Country but if you don't change your mind nothing changes. The same circumstances, events, and things that were happening before, will still repeat themselves because you are still using the same mindset to operate them.

Here are few things to do to attract quality prospects into your network marketing business.
#1) WORK HARDER ON YOURSELF THAN YOU DO ON YOUR BUSINESS.; If you are an employee, this may equally be a great advice For you to work harder on yourself than you do on your job if you want to be valuable in your organization.
The key reason why you should work harder on yourself than you do on your network marketing business or your job is because. You are where you are currently based on your level of thinking.
Your best ideas got you where you are. To move to another level, you must obtain different ideas that will help you there and this is best done through personal development including your skill set and mindset.
Once you become a quality person, you will automatically start attracting quality prospects because likes attract likes.
I want you to also know that if you are not a quality person, you will always do things that will prevent quality prospects from coming to you, And you do most of these things without knowing.
#2 YOUR PROSPECTING MESSAGE SHOULD FILTER NON- QUALITY PROSPECTS.
During my early days in this industry my prospecting approach was a very weak one, I usually post notice on road side that reads ( global opportunity available for you to make more money, buy car, and enjoy your life call xxxxx) I pasted these kind of stuffs on roadsides, shopping malls and motor Parks . People saw those posters and called but guess the type of people that called??
Unserious boys. ....
The people that called were not really interested in business but since I didn't know any better then, I kept on wasting my time on that approach.
I want you to understand that we are all living in an ocean of motion. We operate in different frequencies . So many things are happening currently but you will only see things that are in your frequency.
It's only the things that are in your frequency that will resonate with you.
The posters I made then only resonated with those un serious boys and that is why they saw it. I believe and understand that serious minded people saw those posters and maybe read them but since it never resonated with them, they didn't call.
The way you think and act will only attract things that are in your frequency to you.
Your prospecting message should be positioned in a way that won't appeal to unqualified prospects.
#3) KNOW YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE VERY WELL:
your target audience is the person you are trying to attract , recruit or sell to. If you don't know that person, you won't assume how the person thinks and you won't put out a prospecting message that will appeal to him or her.
Eg. if your target audience is Mr Charles,
You want to define Mr Charles in terms of family, work, spirituality, recreation.
Describe him in detail. The more detailed you are, the more you will be able to identify his problems so that you write to present solution to his problems.
Implement this in your network marketing so that you take your business to another level.
