As you grow in the network marketing industry, you come to understand alot of things which literally enables you to understand where you were missing out when you first got involved in the profession.
Your continuous improvement in the industry shows you the reasons why you weren't successful in your network marketing business the first year you joined your company.
Personally, if I was to allow my mind to remain like i joined the industry, I know I wouldn't have been successful in this industry even if the success was handed to me.
I know this for sure because I have seen alot of things that I was missing out on then.
I have identified alot of limitations i had then. But the funniest thing is that if someone was to tell me directly then that I was wrong with my actions, I would have thought less of the person.
Having been actively involved in this industry for 5 years I have figured out alot of mistakes I made then and I thank God I am where I am today in my business. I haven't arrived yet... no I'm still a work in progress.
In the remaining part of this training, I want to let you know that not everyone will accept network marketing business.
Back Then, during my early days in this industry, irrespective of the fact that I had no success in my business, I just knew that this industry had alot to offer. Deep within me I knew that I will succeed in this industry.
Another mistake I made then was to expect everyone to be excited about this industry like I was .
My general notion was that everyone should join network marketing business. My conception was that everyone should be excited about the industry like I felt.
It took me sometimes to sincerely understand that network marketing isn't for everyone.
Many people won't do network marketing even if someone is there to guide them through the whole process. It doesn't mean that these people are bad people.... no they are good people it's just that they don't like network marketing.
We like things differently based on how we are conditioned both genetically and environmentally.
Often times I see guys like me talking about football passionately that I begin to imagine if they are paid for it but it was after I got this insight that I came to realise that people like things differently.
I usually play football but I don't passionately like it.
I sometimes get involve in politics but I don't passionately like it.
But , the two professions above are some person's favourite that they can talk about it through out the day without getting bored. They can get involve in them and still persist despite any challenge they are likely to face in the process.

I often see many people fluctuating in our industry that is, they get involve, leave and go for something else, return some months later, leaves and the circle continues.
I was discussing with one of my newly registered members and she told me that she always leaves any company she joins base on the fact that she can't recruit but that when she goes back to her job, she will always intend returning to network marketing business.
Many networkers experience this too.
My sincere advice for anyone experiencing this is to know that..... if you keep thinking about it, it's real.
If you can't forget about network marketing when you leave, then stop running away from your shadow. Stand firm and build your team.
This industry can accommodates everyone, but some people don't just like it... if you are opportune to be among others who passionately like the industry then you are blessed.
Many people are longing to like network marketing industry but they can't. They don't just know how to like it passionately.
Most times I always try liking football and politics like most of my friends do but I can't. I always wished to like these professions so that I will be fully involved in their discussions when I'm with them. But it's not always possible because I usually get bored of it after a moment of discussing any topic related to those.
Our industry is like that too . Many people get bored when a topic related to network marketing is introduced.
If you passionately like network marketing, instead of fluctuating, stand firm and build it. If you can't stop thinking about it even when you've abandoned it, decide to build it.
