ANOTHER ADVANTAGE IN NETWORK MARKETING INDUSTRY THAT MANY PEOPLE DON'T LIKE TALKING ABOUT.
In the network marketing profession, there are lots of advantages that at times many people often forget some vital aspect and benefits in our industry.
To be successful at anything in life, you must follow some principles and laws that will enhance your success. Many people take some years to figure things out while others who are smart usually learn from people who are already successful at that thing.

One reason why many people usually try figuring things out on their own may be because of lack of idea, money or pride.
For anyone to show you the principles or mode of operation coverning anything that you want to do or be. A price is usually required and oftentimes it's always monetary.
Ok let me make you understand better.
For anyone to show you the right way on how to do anything, he/she will will enquire you to pay for the knowledge.
Yes this has always been so and it will continue to be.
But, what if I told you about a unique profession that your trainer ( upline) won't expect you to pay anything before you gain the advice??
What if I showed you a great industry that your trainer will wish that you should only be willing to learn While he/she supports you all the way.
Yes there's such an industry. It's the network marketing industry.
In the network marketing industry, you have free mentorship. You won't pay anything to be trained on how the business works.
This is one of the advantages that many people don't like talking about in our industry.
Have you tried getting a mentor in any other profession?
Have you asked what people pay monetary in order to get trained in different profession?
I can't speak for you but from what I know people pay huge amount to be trained in different professions .
What is mentorship
Here is what I got online from Wikipedia
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but they must have a certain area of expertise.
In my own words mentorship in network marketing is an avenue which a successful networker helps a less successful networker with different networking ideas and skills to become successful in network marketing business .
The network marketing profession is one of those professions that offers free mentorship.
HOW TO FIND A MENTOR IN NETWORK MARKETING
#1) YOUR SPONSOR
Before signing up or joining any network marketing company, your duty is first of all to search and study your sponsor. ( Direct upline). Don't be lazy about this .
While you can pick anyone as a mentor in the network marketing profession, your sponsor will be your first mentor and he will affect you greatly in the business.
Many new networkers fail in our industry because of picking a wrong sponsor.
#2) YOUR UPLINES
You may not really match with your direct upline but this doesn't mean that you can't still succeed in our industry. You can still look through your uplines and pick anyone in your upline who is successful and who is building the business in the way that appeals to you. Reach out to them and let them know that you want to learn from them . They are always ready to help you grow.
#3) CROSS LINES / PARTNERS
Often times, it may be possible to see someone or group of guys in your Cross lines or in the same company. If the person is successful, and you like how they are building their business, there's nothing wrong with meeting the person to be your coach. You may have to ask intelligent questions when seeking for guidance... Remember you are not directly in their team.
#4) SOMEONE IN THE NETWORK MARKETING INDUSTRY.
One good thing about our industry is that our profession has been around for decades. We have ledgends in this industry who have been successful. Most of them are late while many are alive.
You can research about any successful networker and pick the person as a mentor. A simple Google search will present you with thousands of network marketing professionals in your area.
On a side note; I want to equally make you understand that you must not see your mentor physically before you make the person your mentor. Most of my mentors I haven't met with them before but the coach and guide me through their books, articles, video Trainings and podcasts.
I equally should let you know that there's nothing wrong with having more than one mentor all you should understand is that you want to pick someone who is already successful in network marketing business and someone who is building the business in a way that appeals to you.
SOME ADVANTAGES OF HAVING A MENTOR IN NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS
#1) YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IN YOUR BUSINESS: you can increase your chances of succeding in your network marketing business by having someone who is occasionally offering you timely advice, checks and attention. There isn't any successful networker without a mentor.
#2) YOU WILL BE INTRODUCED TO OTHER LEADERS IN NETWORK MARKETING INDUSTRY QUICKLY : A mentor will quickly refer you to the right people to handle any task at hand since they have been in network marketing for long. The will suggest great network marketing materials, books and Trainings and places you can quickly find them.
#3) A MENTOR GIVES YOU FAITH THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE IN YOURSELF, INDUSTRY OR YOUR COMPANY .
You need someone who will believe in you until you believe in yourself. Their words about you, your company and the industry will build your faith in the industry Which will increase your rates of succeding in our industry.
#4) A MENTOR WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT.
Emotional intelligence is vital if you want to succeed in network marketing business. You need someone to guide you so that you become emotionally detached from the outcome.
Many new networkers are always controlled by their emotions resulting to alot of frustration.
#5) ENCOURAGEMENT:
This industry is a roller coaster. Some days might be great while some days will be downright worst .
You need someone to always remind you that there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
